Unite and Rise 8.5!
Unite and Rise 8.5

In the September 1st issue of The Voter, we explained the LWV-US Unite and Rise 8.5 movement. The goal is to motivate 8.5 million Americans to take nonviolent action in support of our democracy. The actions that we can take in October include assuring fairness in midcycle redistricting and building a nationwide network of government and election observers.
