Piedmont Adult Recreation Expo – Volunteers Needed
The City of Piedmont’s Recreation Expo is this Sunday, 11/16, 2-4pm at the Piedmont Veterans Hall, and we will be tabling to connect with community members about our work. If you can volunteer for a short shift, please sign up — your presence makes a tremendous impact in welcoming new neighbors into our League. 

LWVP Holiday Luncheon with Larry Rosen – Tickets Available
A handful of tickets remain for our annual Holiday Luncheon on Friday, 12/5, 11:30am-1pm in Piedmont, featuring special guest Larry Rosen. If you haven’t reserved your spot yet, now is the perfect time. This is always a warm, inspiring gathering, and we’d be delighted to share this time with you, while we learn more about “finding connection in a time of division."

November 25: International Day to End Violence Against Women
November 25th marks the International Day to End Violence Against Women. As a League dedicated to democracy, equity, and human rights, we stand in solidarity with advocates worldwide calling for safety, dignity, and justice for women and girls. We encourage members to take a moment to reflect, learn, and engage in actions that advance this critical work. Here is a LWVUS blog post for more information.
