Asm.Wicks represents the 15th Assembly District, which encompasses Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Piedmont and parts of Oakland in Alameda County and El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, El Sobrante and Kensington in Contra Costa County. Wicks’ 2021 legislative package prioritizes some of California'slong-standing challenges, now exacerbated by the pandemic.
