Envisioning an Inclusive Suburbia

Pro-housing groups across California are coming together to work on a once-in-an-eight-year opportunity to make cities build more housing. This process, known as the Housing Element process, sets the guidelines for the types and locations of new housing opportunities within a city, and cities are required to take meaningful steps to dismantle patterns of racial and economic segregation.

On June 6th at 3p PST, join a conversation on this unique opportunity to make an inclusive suburbia across California.

Please Register for this Equity Event: Envisioning an Inclusive Suburbia.

Speakers include Manny Escamilla, a historian and urban planner; Nadia Aziz, a lawyer and policy advocate; and Rashi Kesarwani, a public sector management consultant and Councilmember for Berkeley.

See you there!
