This is your first chance to learn about the work to come. We will explore programming potential, project size and scope, timeline, and budget. You’ll be able to meet and engage Piedmont City Staff and the ELS Architecture and Urban Design team on a range of topics, issues, and concerns. This is also an opportunity to share your dreams, wishes and aspirations for the new Piedmont Community Pool. There have been multiple studies for a potential community aquatic center dating back nearly thirty years, most recently in 2016. This Open House and Gallery Walk mark a new phase, in which the City and ELS will combine the reservoir of known information with new input from Piedmonters at the Gallery Walk. Next, ELS will move forward with a programming and conceptual design effort developing a draft program and two to three concept directions for presentation, comment, and critique at Community Workshop #2.
